About Adrian Godwin
Adrian is originally from Milltown, Co Galway and is a business graduate of University of Limerick. He qualified as a taxation consultant in 2001 and as a chartered certified accountant in 2004. Adrian trained with Ernst & Young, one of the most respected firms in Limerick.
Having completed his training, Adrian moved to Jersey, the largest of the Channel Islands and one of the world's major international finance centres. There he worked for Ogier Fiduciary Services, one of the leading global offshore law firms providing legal, fiduciary and administrative services. While there, Adrian was involved in the establishment of a number of large international real estate funds with respective fund values of up to STG£1.3 billion, including the acquisition of Shell Mex House in London.
Following his time in Jersey, Adrian returned to work with FDC as their Regional Taxation Manager covering the midwest region where he was involved in a number of property syndicated deals. Adrian has also a vast knowledge of the taxation implications of various transactions and throughout the years has a wide range of accouting experience from large multinational work to medium and small Irish indigenous business and farming accounts.
